102-year-old Japanese man shows how to prolong life and make life more productive
The Japanese are considered to be one of the greatest peoples in the world with a life expectancy of up to 100 years. There are many contributing factors that make this nation healthy and able to live up to more than 100 years. This is a nation where people value health care very much, so they always eat right and exercise regularly.
However, according to CNBC, a 102-year-old Japanese man named Alan R. Tripp is still able to do some work as usual, and more importantly, he has released an album. His first song was when he was 102 years old.
In fact, from a young age, he worked in various fields, such as reading news on the radio, as an executive in an advertising company, as a businessman, and in his retirement age, he did not take a break. No, but he got involved in another field of music. The reason he does this is because he wants to use his life to be most active and meaningful, and not because he loves money, it is because he loves what he does.
Not unlike Alan R. Tripp, a Japanese doctor named Shigeaki Hinohara who can live up to 105 years, he once shared that the key to longevity and happiness is Keep your life active. In fact, he encouraged people not to retire too early, at least to retire at least 65 years old.
For the life of Shigeaki Hinohara at the age of 65, but he still works up to 18 hours a day, seven days a week until the last three months of his last breath. July 18, 2017.
