Everybody has his own style of hiring because each one of them has their specific requirement . Some requires problem solver , someone else's requirement may be as an assistant or someone like Evan requires video editor they all have specific requirement for a particular job . One thing that I can tell you is that not everyone is good at everything . As per companies need they hire people , one important thing that I can tell you is that always focus on what you are supposed to do in specific time frame and if possible try to do it in your own way if you way is exactly as per company's requirement that's what will separate you from others in terms of getting promotion in job . Always remember one thing when you work in any organisation be it facebook, microsoft ,apple etc look to work as a team then only your organisation could flourish and you can also grow as an individual
