Technology is the ability or way of dealing with things in a dictionary. Unlike Korean, meaning is divided into two words in English.

Technique (Technic) can be translated into skill in Korean. It means doing professional actions on things with hands or feet and not processing things.

For example, doing magic shows with paper is Technic but not Technology. This is because the paper magic show did not transform the paper but only moved it to the audience.

In addition, it is Technic to repair and maintain, not process things.
